Her Girl Friday sets out to break the mold and challenge your mind as well as your ears.
The eerie romance put forth by dissonant chord progressions paired with complimenting two part harmony sets the stage for this indie/experimental rock trio. The band blends elements of experimental, indie, noise, and pop as they invite the audience to truly experience another realm. With only a couple of shows under their belt, Her Girl Friday has managed to turn heads in the underground scene. Their growing fanbase has often compared them to the likes of Blonde Redhead, Sleater Kinney, Kaito, Tattle Tale, and Sonic Youth.
The band currently consists of Coral (drums), and Ariel (guitar).

About this page: I have been very active in Domestic Violence causes all of my adult life. I noticed a need in the world pertaining to Same Sex Domestic Violence. It happens more than people know. Unfortunately there are a number of gay people who barely consider themselves worthy or valued as a gay person much less a Domestic Violence Victim. There are also very limited resources, statistics, or information, for Same Sex Domestic Violence. Hopefully through empowerment and education we can change some of this. :D ~ Dee ~
