HI. JUST A FEW WORDS TO EVERYONE COMING INTO MY PAGE.
Because of busy schedules and manic deadlines I may at times seem distant and become long winded at responding to you via personal messages and stuff. Nonetheless I really do appreciate Who you are, What you are, What you do and the fact you are here as my friends. "MANY THANKS TO YOU ALL". Finally, even though I can't place everyone onto my main page, be assured "YOU ARE ALL MY TOP FRIENDS". You would not be in my list if you weren't, so whatever it is you do, ***KEEP ON DOING IT*** And Oh yeah, ONE FINAL THING.
THAT'S "NOT" MY VOICE ON ANY OF THE TRACKS HERE "as some of you have asked".
MUSIC & SOUND FX: "YES"... VOICES / NARRATION: "NO"......
Originally playing drums as a touring rock musician.
Hermien Jerian-du'Fort has performed world-wide and recorded alongside many name and semi-name rock artists and bands including: Mike Oldfield (Tubular Bells) John Phil-Wayne, ex David Bowie Band, the late Screaming Lord Sutch, (the worlds first true rock & roll politician) and massively popular UK underground Heavy Metal band Angelwitch...... FULL BIOG IN BLOG SECTION.
My style of writing in creating music & sound design is diverse & lends itself to a wide variety of horror, action, thriller, historical & supernatural based productions. To get the right feel, I always research my subject matter through books & images before & during working on a track... Below are some pics of Victorian London given access to me by the Yeoman of The Tower of London… As you can see, these were used in my Jack the Ripper project “STREETS of HELL: A Victorian Odyssey”... As a point of interest, many the soldiers stationed in the barracks at the T.O.L were questioned during the Ripper investigation.

Your take on cinema would make you a great asset to any horror set, Hermien. Zombie has such top-notch music, I guess I expected more out of his movies. With the monster rock theme, I was hoping for more than Satanic rednecks. I expected a Zombie classic like Romero, that would shame even Resident Evil. And Tarantino's work is better when working with others, I think too. Heck, even mine is. Shakespeare even had a team of writers, and TITUS! Speaking of historical epics, the arrow orgy was pretty cool! And we just gotta go to the theater for our action hero FX! Who cares if the hard core fans trash talk em, right? Hey! Do you think you could take a series theme song and orchestrate it for ritual music? Slow the tempo and pitch by playing it all in sharps and flats to make it more macabre, for a series finale & premier? Maybe even synthesize it as pipe organ and chorus to add a LaVeyish feel?
Thanks for the support. Stop by anytime, check out my page, listen to some tunes, read some lyrics in my blog and send me a comment to let me know what you think. Watch our new videos for “Purgatory” and "Detoxify" by clicking here:
