Because we are putting on a christmas pageant for all of december. Ben's playing the baby Jesus in the manger and I get to be a sheep!!! We've been working all year for this!!!!

spend halloween night at 941 theater with the freaks from inciting and rizumu and hear these are powers, reading rainbow, sovereign states, dario zenker & craig sopo, all on a beautiful sound system, in the presence of an elaborate installation by mark price. byo. all ages. doors at 9/first band at 10/party til 5. $10 before midnight/$15 after. costume contest too.
Invisible Hand is an unexpected amazing act from Virginia, as I came to find out one evening I was supposed to perform with my friend David's band.. whom shared the bill with Thomas' band.. I worked with Thomas @ the Tea Bazaar - I was the poor vagabond that was always hanging around so they would give me shifts as others would call out of making tea, running register, setting up the stage and sound and door at an hours notice while Thomas was often there chatting with me about the absurd. In fact, he was offering to take me back to Philadelphia for a show I had, but we couldn't get IT together enough and I had to skip a really great show. I ended up playing with Br'er and working behind the scenes for Jeffery Lewis (who puts on a really great performance).
Either/or, I remember seeing Little Teeth at a show with my friend David who also played with Jeffery and I mentioned wanting to play with them (Little Teeth) sometime later.. I can't find Matt Curz One ANYWHERE online.. I've been keen to your (Hermit Thrushes) auspicious soundings since I've known Gabby (the time I played with Br'er) and I met Andrew once as I walked Gabrielle to his Snow Caps practice and so I am ITCHING to do this October 18th evening REAL badly!
I might even have the band Vessels playing with me.. but we'll see how the next practice goes.. I think you would like them.. They're on my top friends as we are going to be creating yet ANOTHER label you might be interested in helping with...
