We could be here all day... We all listen to a whole load of stuff from US 80's punk, UK 90's punk through to pop-punk, 80's metal, country and folk but with regards to the stuff that seeps through we're talking Naked Raygun, The Freeze, Bollweevils, Bouncing Souls, Government Issue, Minutemen, Snuff and all that jazz. Most importantly though our mates' bands over the years who've shown us that putting out records and gigging can be done..! Wookiie, Captain Everything! Black Tax, You Me and The Atom Bomb, Only Until, Punch Puppet, The Mingers, Fireapple Red, The Blankheads, Jakal, Bastion, Chillerton and all the others we keep meeting!

Hi, we were Heroic Doses, a melodic punk band from South England. We played many shows over 3 years with some great bands including... Paint It Black, Capdown, The Mingers, The Skulls, The Dangerfields, Latterman, Ruin You, The Briggs, Bombshell Rocks, Grabass Charlestons, Black Cougar Shock Unit, Four Letter Word, The Steal and many more should we care to namedrop our way into any Shoreditch parties anytime soon. We have been on a few of tours taking in the sights of England, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scotland and Wales en route and for anyone who digs a good hook in the vein of Naked Raygun, Snuff, Government Issue and The Bouncing Souls (so we've been told, we're not that pretentious!) give us a listen. Although we have broken up we are still good mates and all play in other bands you may wish to check out. Thanks
