We are a mix of melodic vocals filled with dissimilar guitar sounds, intense bass, and driving, thunderous drums. We play what we think will sound great, then throw in a few sick harms along with thrilling choreography on stage. Our goal is to create music from our favorite sounds and bring it to the stage in a captivating live performance that will grasp and entertain our audience's emotions.
Hero's Choice is a four piece band with an exclusive sound because of the wide variety of music in which each band member is influenced, ranging from: Relient K and Dashboard Confessional to Taking Back Sunday and UnderOath. The band was formed in August of 2006 and has devoted their time and talent to making themselves a better band everyday. Hero's Choice takes pride in an interactive live show and the vocal talents of their guitarist and bassist. Because of these talents, this band has performed with Ace Enders of (The Early November), The Color Fred, and Mike Hererra of (MXPX).
Hero’s Choice has played many of the venues within Modesto including:

Hero’s choice has also been included in school events, fundraisers, grand openings, contests, and festivals. They are currently in the process of recording their next single within the year, while still maintaining their frequent live show events.
There is currently a search for two types of bands for record label consideration.
*** Note: PLEASE IDENTIFY IF YOU ARE IN GROUP 1 OR 2 IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR RESPONSE. Emails are being reviewed by different representatives.
1. A Pop/Rock/Commercial band with female lead. Band must consist of 2 guitars (Prefer both guitar players to be of lead caliber. However, one lead and one rhythm is acceptable), keyboard/piano, bass, and drums. Lead vocal, followed by backing vocals, in that order, is a plus as it relates to other members of the group. Average age of the band cannot exceed 28 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
2. A Modern Rock band with male lead. Must be a complete band but there are no prerequisites as it relates to the make up of the band. Average age of the band cannot exceed 23 years of age.
* Group must have an outstanding lead vocalist. ** Musicianship throughout the entire band must be very strong. *** Group cannot currently be under any contract of any type that is related to the music industry.
