I have previously wrestled on the UK Indy Scene as HERO where I co held the UCW Tag Team titles with my buddy Hubert on two separate occasions.
UCW was but a stepping stone for me and I moved onto Celtic Wrestling (Celticwrestling.com). I was with Celtic as a trainee, media man and announcer/commentator. I recentley left but am keeping my options open should another promotion want to take me on.
I am currentley at University studying to be the next Kevin Smith... Edgar Wright or whoever, perhaps the first Ken Flatt is more appropriate :D. I am doing a media degree and am almost in my 3rd year. The work is hard and miserable at times but the fruit of labour really does pay off.
Who I'd like to meet: Simon Pegg, Edgar Wright, Shawn Michaels, Marc Thompson HHH, Peter Cullen, Frank Welker, Annette Olzsen, Aslan, Peter Laird, Molly Holly, Kevin Eastman, David Tennant, Peter Sallis, Vince Russo, Diamond Dallas Page, Stan Lee, Hulk Hogan, The rest of The A Team cast,
Hey, If you know of any other Chrisitan bands out there, please spread the word for me... that the site is great resource for them to promote themselves on the net and get gigs n' stuff....and for music lovers to find cool new Christian music...it's FREE to sign up!
Let them know about our monthly BATTLE OF THE BAND contest... the winner gets music industry exposure each month.
Lacuna Coil was really good and I got to shake their hands and get their autographs on their newest album! Disturbed was totally awesome and put on one hell of a great show! I'll never forget this Music as a Weapon tour! one of the most rocking times I've ever had! Now I'm totally psyched to see AC/DC in July!
Hope you're having a good week. I just wanted to take this oppertunity to spread the word that I am currently taking commissions. These are on a first come first served basis, & slots in my schedule are limited.
Below is a slide show of the kind of commission I'm doing at the moment. If you're interested, contact me for pricing details.
Yes, it was. Watched Hitchcock's Notorious in case you're wondering. It was quite good. And I had the film noir style in mind for my display picture, which is why I decided to take it with a pessimistic expression.
Thank you! :) It does look a little better than it did before. I still need to work on it.. but it is better. :) Hopefully you are doing well. it's been a while since I've talked to you.
For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that ye through His poverty might be rich. -- (2 Corinthians 8:9)
"Behold, the days come, saith the Lord GOD, that I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the LORD. " (Amos 8:11)
In the novel No Blade of Grass, a virus attacks all the grasses of the world, including wheat, barley, rye, oats, and rice. The world is plunged into famine and violence. People kill for food.
God warns us a different kind of famine, "a famine ... of hearing the words of the LORD. " A lack of food can lead to disease and death. A famine of the Word can produce eternal consequences. Without access to God's Word, we lack wisdom for life and the message of eternal life in Christ. We need "the sincere milk of the word, that [we] may grow thereby. " (1 Peter 2:2)
We can identify with the prophet when he said, "Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and Thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by Thy name, O LORD God of hosts. " (Jeremiah 15:16)
Give me, O Lord, a strong desire To look in Thy Word each day; Help me to hide its truths in my heart, Lest from Thy path my feet would stray.
