About me:

First and foremost, don't expect me to comform to society's expectations of who I should be. I am who I am and that's all there is to it. :) Ready or not here I am: Megan. Meg. Monkeytribe. Mae. I'm 29 years old or young. It varies with my mood seeing as I'm a sensitive muffin and well, Pisces are dubbed "old souls" for a reason. I ooze of my gung ho heart of gold and my untamed humor. I honestly prefer silver or titanium seeing as I think gold is rather gaudy looking. I'm always told I'm one of the sweetest souls to ever exist. There isn't anything I *wouldn't* do for those I love. I'm also "just one of the guys", but I get along with everybody as long as they're good people. ;) I am rather girly in many ways too. :D I have an extraordinarily strong intuition which makes life intriguing, confusing and wildly entertaining simultaneously so. I have the ability to scare the shit out of some people, but most importantly I can help them to heal their lingering hurts. I love creative outlets like painting, photography, singing, songwriting, writing poetry and drawing houseplans as well as surrealism. I have a problem with authority. I don't focus well most times. I love warm weather and the looks of snow excite me until my bum goes "YOWZA!!! That's cold!!!!!" I am a free spirit sometimes held captive by my social phobia. It can be paralyzing unfortunately. I keep trying to overcome it though. Ummm.... I love my family more than I love chocolate. I love my friends more than I love cookies and milk. I talk about food like Christians discuss Jesus. I guess it's my Bible? I don't look it anymore though cos I lost well over 100 pounds. ;) YAY MEG! ROCK ON! My favorite topics to discuss aside from food/nutrition are the paranormal, movies, music, art, architecture, astrology and animals. I love animals because to me, they're little angels in disguise. They have super ESP too! ;) I have a God given gift for communicating with animals. I've tamed ferrel cats and stray dogs and cats... as well as had five bucks (male deer) walk up to me and stand a few feet away just staring. I'm sure it wasn't because I had a booger in my nose, was it? ;o) FYI: I wasn't intimidated because I knew they weren't going to cause me harm. I'm clique impaired and don't really seek to fit in. I never have fit in, honestly! I prefer to be accepted as I am. I may not be the brightest cookie in the jar, but I am definitely myself. Because in the end, what really matters is that you are yourself. What good is life is you don't live it as you? EXACTLY!!! Just be you.... ;) and I'll be me.
