Formed in the winter of 2007, Hey Hey Hooligan is one of the up-and-coming premier rock party bands of Hampton Roads. Sharing the common goal of dropping jaws with live raw energy and powerful sing along anthems, the Hooligan boys are a sight and sound to behold.
Fronted by Ryan O'Donnell on guitar and vocals, drummer Mike Berlind, and bassist Mike Amland, the Hooligans have been bobbing heads and moving feet since their inception.
