I went to a web site called gifninja.com. you can upload pics to it, and set the speed, then it makes them do that. You have to make sure that the pic isn't to big for it to handle, so they have a link to a web site that can rezise it for you. The size I chose was small, I didn't know it was gonna be that small. Oh, and the site is free.
