One man against commercialised bullshit and living in idolatry of his influences
Influences

Sounds Like
a summer breeze when you least expect it, a stroll on a crisp frosty morn with a loved one, the chirp of a cricket - aw hell....
I like songs, and people brave enough to sing and write em.
I like folk, blues, tex-mex, cajun, country, rock n roll, bluegrass, nu-grass and who-the-hell-are-you-grass.
I like anything with enough grit in it to feel real.
I also like dogs, boats and old books.
I like whisky. No ice cause life's rocky enough.
Please get in touch, I would love to hear from some like minded individuals.
By the same token, please
only ask for an add if you intend to follow it up and say hello with a message or comment. If not I will deny or delete you. I am here to get my music heard, but also to listen to other peoples stuff, thats why I like myspace.
I follow this courtesy for anyone I add and would appreciate if you would do the same. Thanks you for your time. Lecture over.
Please don't forget to publish your country music news and events to CountryHome Forum. Each news and event published to CountryHome Forum will go to my weekly newsletter with more than 30,000 readers.

Im playing with Watson & co. at the Jervis Arms in cosmopolitan Onecote this Friday 11th April, get yourselves down there for lots of covers by Dylan, Van Morrison, Steve Earle + guitar/squeezebox/cello driven eclecticism.
Only a few miles from Leek, easily reachable the Jervis is set in a picturesque rural location and serves fine ales and food.
I finally figured out your name, and then did a check on Google to see just who you are ...!!
This is what I found ..
Title: Hierarchies from Fluxes in String Compactifications Authors: You, Shamit Kachru, and Joseph Polchinski
Can this really be your other occupation ... studying black holes and the like? And are Shamit Kachru, and Joseph Polchinski guesting on your recordings?
Fantastic tracks on your site, especially "Course I'll Miss You" and "Bettie Jane" .... watch out for my next few songs ... there may be a certain High and Lonesome influence showing.
How's things? Haven't popped in for a listen for quite awhile sorry.
Did you get to see the Fabulous Thunderbirds tour? I saw them in London, best gig I have been to in years. Got down the front, right in front of Kim. Got some good photos if you wanna have a look on my site.
Hope you are havin a good summer dispite the shite weather.
Thanks for showing me the way!! Old dogs can learn new tricks! I'll get some of my blues stuff up and running soon. I really like the atmosphere you create in your recordings - and the tunes of course! regards Farnham
Hey
Just keeping in touch.
Still knocked out with Bettie Jane and Course I'll Miss You. Keep your ear close to our site for any derivatives I might write as a sort of homage ... respectfully, of course.
Keep in touch
best wishes
Graham (and Toby)
Thanks alot for the add, I really like your work. Thans for keeping the flame burning for real music and not this modern shite that is passed off to the populace as music!
