Hibiscus City Soap Co. is a manufacturer of natural bath and body care products located in coastal Vero Beach, FL. We started from a desire to provide a natural alternative to the chemically heavy products we have all grown to accept as the norm. We are all guilty of making purchases based on the best ad, the fanciest packaging, or because someone famous told us too, but none of that means that it is the best product for us. Most people are unaware of the amount of synthetic chemicals that are in the products that they use daily. Did you ever notice that after a shower using commercial "soap" your skin feels dry and itchy? There is a reason for that. It's not soap, but rather detergent and it has just cleaned everything from your skin including the good stuff.
It is true that the skin is the largest organ in the body. Why is it then that people will watch what they put into their body, but don't think twice about what they put on their body?
