Coming from New Jersey, rapper and artist HiCoup (member of the 5TH COLUMN) has rocked mics and crowds from Joes Pub to Club Envy and all points in between. He has also honed his electrifying stage show by opening up for such veteran hip hop acts as Ludacris, Dead Prez, De La Soul, Mobb Deep, Mos Def, and The BootCamp Clik. Stomping through the underground hip-hop circuit HiCoup has gained rare props for himself, in an industry that is rarely receptive to new comers. With a style and delivery like no other, HiCoup has taken rap and the hip-hop culture in the palm of his hand and continues to elevate the game with every song, freestyle, and performance. HiCoup will begin touring at colleges and universities throughout the country in fall 2005.
