BIOGRAPHY:
HIDDEN PLACE is an italian electro band born in 2004,inspired electro and 80's european new wave.HIDDEN PLACE is formed by Vitelli's brothers Fabio and SaraLux ,Giampiero Di Barbaro and Antonio Losenno.
2005-first demo cd-r "Weather Station"(10 tracks).Two tracks(Centrali Termoelettriche,Emotional Frequencies) of "Weather Station"appear on the german compilations:"Georg Kolbe Tribute(VAWS) and VAWS Vol.V+(VAWS)
2006- the band writes a song called"Euritmia del Fulgore"that appears on the compilation"Credo in unum Deum"(Trinitas Music)
2007-it's out the debut full-lenght album"Fantasia Meccanica"(Hellektroempire)
2008- the song"Picture Hall"(from Fantasia Meccanica) appears on the german compilation "VAWS vol.1+(VAWS)
2009- the song "United"(from Fantasia Meccanica) appears on the english compilation"Electronically Yours Vol.1"(UNDO/EMI records).

After their great debut release "Fantasia Meccanica", the italian act HIDDEN PLACE return with an all new and long-expected album! "PUNTO LUCE" continues along the same pathtraced by its predecessor. Deep sonorities are alternated with moments of emotionalism and refinement, underlined above all by more atmospheric sounds, that constantly influence this album. Harmonious female vocals from the beautiful singer Sara Lux are opposed with the cold tones of the vocoder. An elegant mix of electro and new wave give a precise evocation of art, of the painting of a picture, of the beauty of colours and light.
The album also features vocal and mixing contributions from Gaby Nekro of NEKRODAMUS.

An electronic project without any regret with the past, drawing new landscapes in the field of electro-wave music, with a delicate vintage touch, looking to the best coldwave school from the Eighties. Catching melodies, pause, dualism. Man, woman. Escape! Calm... Music developes different kind of sounds and rhythms in which "FANTASIA MECCANICA" is able to fuse mind and heart: a brand new chapter of Italian electronic music. An electro-wave band, influenced by the big bands, from past and present, such as Kraftwerk, early Clan of Xymox, Kirlian Camera (of course!) and generally from the coldwave scene!!! "Fantasia Meccanica" including 2 tracks featuring THE FROZEN AUTUMN on voice (first time sing in Italian!) and synth/electronics!!!
