Design and conversion of the barn at America Lodge Farm is finished and we're ready to rock.. Equipment includes a playstation and wall to wall beany-bags in our cosy upstairs balcony chill-out area. Oh, and there's some recording stuff here too.
The Hideout is aptly named .... it's a place where you can step out of normal routine and spend some undisturbed time with us experimenting with your ideas. Inspiration is just outside the door, where you can sit on the fence and see forever over the Welland Valley. It's a no-rush environment where you can really enjoy what you enjoy doing best... recording your work at a place and time that you'll remember forever. It's important to us that you enjoy your experience at the Hideout.
OK, we don't record you on the playstation, so for you techno-boffins the studio is based on Logic Pro on a Mac G5 through an anologue Mackie 32:8 desk with the usual outboard and loads of wirery bits to make it all work. You're welcome to visit us to check us out or we can send you some sample recordings.
If you have something to give to the world, we'll give you the opportunity to present it at the best standard we can. We have a dedicated team who are interested in what you do. While working with us, you have the options of recording and video facilities that are within your budget, backed up by a professional team with the knowledge and expertise within the music and media industries to help promote and guide you to the next level.
Don't just give it a try, and record your songs to see if somebody notices, recording a good track is not enough. If you want to take things further, we are here to help you give it your best shot.
