About me:

Since High Dive's birth in April of 2005, it has become the premier venue for live music in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood. High Dive features the best in local and national bands seven nights a week along with great and unique drinks. Along with KEXP we host the longest running local music show Audioasis the first Saturday of every month with a live broadcast of local bands. All proceeds from the show go to the charity of the month.

If you live in the Northwest and plan to make one trip this summer, I recommend checking out the Victoria Ska Festival! It's the only event of it's type in this corner of the world, and it's a quick drive and ferry ride up, or just a hop onto the victoria clipper, which takes you from downtown Seattle right to downtown Victoria.

The Festival runs from July 8-11th and has 2 or 3 shows each day, all within walking distance. All information about the shows, transportation, and accomodations can be found at www.victoriaskafest.ca

Yours truly, the Georgetown Orbits, will be opening for Chris Murray and the Slackers on friday night at the Ship Point Inner Harbor Stage!

May 25 @5pm at NW Folklife's Reggae showcase at the Mural Ampitheater in Seattle Center (opening for Clinton Fearon and Boogie Brown Band)

July 25 @8pm at Bison Creek Pizza in Burien

July 31 @8pm at the Comet Tavern

Aug 7 @5pm on the Plaza Stage at the GORGE Ampitheater

and Aug 8 @8pm at the MIX down in Georgetown (formerly the Christoff Gallery). Other bands TBA!
