High Lake Hill studio is based in Brecht (Belgium) and run by Bart van Lier (guitarist of The Agitators). Started as a hobbyist in '98 with an 8-track digital recorder. After recording lots of demo's for the local talent (The Heartaches, The Agitators, Strike III,...) decided to upgrade to a 24-track digital recorder in 2000. The ability to deliver better quality attracted bigger projects. The ever growing urge to improve my skills and satisfaction to record with talented musicians made me decide to buy a ProTools|HD3 Accel system and go "professional" in april '06.

The next step up was the construction of a completely new studio. The rooms were built under supervision of an acoustic advisor and I must say they sound amazing! I'm proud to announce that the new studio is now open for business!
