High Water was started in 2002!With each member having previous band experience, High Water was established in February 2002 by "The Baker Brothers". Inspired by the very events and experiences that have made them who they are today, These Brothers have worked hard to keep the High Water name alive. Arising from the challenges they have overcome, High Water is now a solid sound comprised of five very talented and becoming artists. Since its inception, High Water has played the "hot spot" circuits of Detroit regularly. In fact, you may have already heard the soulful rocking sound of High Water on the local airwaves of 89x and 101.1 WRIF, or, maybe you've already seen them sharing the stage with Kid Rock or even the Legendary Marshall Tucker Band! One of their many accomplishment to date is having a song in and being part of the Justice Incarcerated Documentary surrounding the struggle of a wrongfully convicted man, Fredrick Freeman; the show is scheduled to air sometime in 2008/09 you can check out the movie teaser here... Each day that passes by, High Water is making great progress toward being the hottest Band in Detroit today!

AdvoCare's Family and Youth Defense Fund is established as a legal defense fund using AdvoCare's current tax exempt status and charitable purpose under their Family Bound program. The purpose of the fund would be to provide assistance in general actions, individual cases, or for filing amicus briefs where the outcome of such cases may effect our members and the general public in areas related to our organizations charitable purpose, goals, and description of activities. The fund, and all donations to the fund, would be governed and administered under the direction of AdvoCare's Board of Directors.

I would like to apologize to you all for the mishap with the show for the 10th..
It was something I could not control. The sound guy is on a corporate tour and thay have extended their tour. so, I lost the sound guy for the party.. We did not back out.. It was the sound guy. But, I can not blame him for working.. and with only 5 days left to get a sound guy, I could not find anyone for a resonable price that was not booked for this weekend already..

Benefit for my Dad on September 27, 2009 Hi Everyone, My Father Peter Aguayo passed away on Tuesday 9-8-2009. He was a Steelworker for 30 years. The company he worked for went Bankrupt and they took his Life Insurance and Medical as well. I am trying to raise enough money to give him a proper burial. Please find it in your heart to come out to the Benefit, he so deserves it. There will be 5-6 AWESOME bands. The bands that are already booked for the show are: The Midnight Rendezvous, StellarDrive & Bazooka Jones. Special Guests: Charlie Allen Martin (Bob Seger) & Psychild - Robert Noll, Tyuawn Brown (A Michael Jackson Impersonator) and Bruce Race (Charlie Chaplin Impersonator). Location is: Scott Lake Banquet Center (Located inside the Waterford Elks) 2100 Scott Lake Road. Waterford, MI 48328 Admission is $20.00 Benefit will start at 2pm and will end at 10pm, or later. 50/50 Raffle Door Prizes Cash Bar & Food Auction Items The Benefit will also be filmed by Comcast for my friend Big L's The Music Room TV Show. This will be a great time and it's for a great cause. I am also trying to raise awareness to the retiree's that they should not assume that they are taken care of, this is happening to people every day.
