High Water was started in 2002!With each member having previous band experience, High Water was established in February 2002 by "The Baker Brothers". Inspired by the very events and experiences that have made them who they are today, These Brothers have worked hard to keep the High Water name alive. Arising from the challenges they have overcome, High Water is now a solid sound comprised of five very talented and becoming artists. Since its inception, High Water has played the "hot spot" circuits of Detroit regularly. In fact, you may have already heard the soulful rocking sound of High Water on the local airwaves of 89x and 101.1 WRIF, or, maybe you've already seen them sharing the stage with Kid Rock or even the Legendary Marshall Tucker Band! One of their many accomplishment to date is having a song in and being part of the Justice Incarcerated Documentary surrounding the struggle of a wrongfully convicted man, Fredrick Freeman; the show is scheduled to air sometime in 2008/09 you can check out the movie teaser here...
