Highwater is 4 member rock band hailing from Birmingham, AL. Formed in early 2005, Highwater brings a unique style and sound to the table. The diversity of interests and musical tastes of the members yields an incredible musical sound. Highwater combines old school style with new school riffs to bring about a unique sound that cannot be classified into just one musical genre. An Influence of Blues, Rock, Funk, Groove, and even Reggae can be heard in their songs. At a Highwater show, covers spanning 4 decades and all genres of music, can be heard throughout the night. The band also has a large arsenal of well crafted originals that highlight each show. They've spent the last few years refining their sound and sharing the stage with bands such as Rollin' in the Hay, HoneyBaked, Strutter and Afroman.
