Oh, speaking of awesome bands on blogs, I have my own blog where I post albums that have been given for free by the bands (none of that illegal stuff of course). Sometimes I just review an album and tell people to get it if it's not free, but the world doesn't need another person doing that so I usually just post the free stuff. :P
If you want, I can post the songs you send to me with a little write-up, but if not I won't... only with your permission, ya know?
Yeah the show was awesome. Everything worked out perfectly for me time-wise, I kept catching buses, trains and traincars by just seconds. Well I did have to miss !Attention! for that to happen, but still. I came for you guys and Make Do And Mend mostly to be honest.
And no I didn't grab an album, I was going to buy one but it slipped my mind after Make Do And Mend's set, I had just enough time to run over and throw them some money for a shirt and album (couldn't even wait for change :P) and run out the door. I was going to turn back because I remembered I was going to buy from you, but I obviously didn't. So yeah if you could send that, that'd be awesome. I'll pay you back by coming out to the next show I can make it to.
Yeah, 7-11's still here. The whole area sucks though generally,it's just really boring... I mean for the same cost of living you could be in so many nicer places, I can't wait to leave. :P
I came across your page a while ago because I listen to Kover and Blue Skies at War... and Permanent Bastards, your drummer played for them at one show but not at another, not sure if he was actually in the band. Saw you live with Make Do And Mend, you were really good. Would have added you sooner, I've been going through and adding all the bands I bookmarked over the last year or so, it's taking forever.
