HipHopFriends Consultant Retainer:
$500 – $2,200 a Month*

*Retainer Based on 4, 6, 9 & 12 Month Billing Periods
A $500.00 deposit is needed for expense cost upon agreement.

Record Pool/ .MP3 Digital Distribution

HipHopFriends and Client focus is on strategic product placement to selected Records Pools, Digital .MP3 Distribution Networks and DJ Coalitions. A (15) record pool servicing minimum or servicing to all major record pools locally, regionally, nationally and international, is needed to make an effective presence in the market place. Select Digital Distribution Networks have separate service fees for .MP3 distribution aside from HipHopFriends digital distribution. These fees are to be detailed to Client prior to any agreement with such Digital Distribution Network. HipHopFriends worldwide has over 650,000 Opt-In DJ's, Record Breakers, and Industry Insiders emails for your next .MP3 blast.

NOTE: A Record Pool give feedback on release every month to every 2 weeks in the form of fax, email, calls and mailing. If Client request for HipHopFriends to track projects data, RECORD TRACKING SERVICE FEES will be integrated. See Below.

College Radio Distribution

HipHopFriends has established relationships with over (265) college radio stations across the world. These are the perfect outlets to get the music heard in the colleges and universities. A (100) college radio-servicing minimum is needed to make an effective presence in the market place. Some college programs also issues play list for your records. HipHopFriends will supply client with show times, selected programs and request line numbers for client to track and request. If client request for HipHopFriends to track projects data, RECORD TRACKING SERVICE FEES will be integrated. See Below.

Promotional Distribution

Client must supply HipHopFriends with promotional items for the clientele that received the release. These items may include poster, stickers, t-shirts, post cards, USB drives etc. To make an effective impact, it is recommended that the client send out one of the specified items (1-2) months after initial package is received as a reminder to keep label or artists branding. HipHopFriends has Street Teams in select markets for hand-to-hand Guerilla Marketing tactics. A minimum of (5,000) promotional items are needed for an effective campaign.

Commercial Radio Distribution

HipHopFriends has established relationships with several urban commercial radio stations across the US. HipHopFriends send the project to the proper encoding networks for radio play tracking including BDS, Medibase, Media Guide and Sound exchange. HipHopFriends will also supply client with show times, selected programs and request line numbers for client to track and request. HipHopFriends has also connections to outsource the project to Independent Radio Promoters. Independent Radio Promoters have secure relationships with certain radio markets. These promoters also charge a seperate fee for services aside from HipHopFriends fees. HipHopFriends will negotiate on Clients behalf before any such agreement is reached with Independent Radio Promoters.

*THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES THAT RADIO WILL PLAY THE RELEASE UNLESS THERE IS EFFICIENT MARKET PENETRATION, ADVERTISING POTENTIAL AND DISCRETION TO RELEASES CONTEXT.

Press and Media Distribution

HipHopFriends will pitch press kits to major and grass root outlets for coverage of the release. These outlets include major magazines, Internet e-zines, and music video programs directors just to name a few. This is merely an introduction to the music editors and program directors that the project exists in the market place. Client will be contacted if press is willing to write a review. HipHopFriends has also connections to outsource the project to other Publicist. These Publicists have secure relationships with certain magazines in select markets. They also charge a seperate fee for services aside from HipHopFriends fees. Publicity is the best promotions.

* Retainer is A-La-Cart and is deducted from press and media fees. Certain press and media fees range from $500 - $1,500 for reviews. Also retainer may be use for advertising dollar that influence media to also cover the project.
