HisPlace is to reach the inner-city with the gospel of Jesus

Since
the early 1970s, "His Place" has been providing a positive alternative
to life on the streets of the inner-city. Originally conceived as a
"drop in" center for the growing number of street people in Pittsburgh,
"His Place" has touched the lives of countless children and teens who
have come looking for a safe, friendly place where they are welcomed.

There
are lots of opportunities to get involved with the ministry of HisPlace
- and our volunteers range from middle-schoolers to grandmas!

Bring your
church on a mission trip to Pittsburgh!
Church groups are welcome to bring a "mini mission trip" to Pittsburgh -
and if your church is already in Pittsburgh, it's even easier. You
can stay at our building, so expenses will be minimal.
