Royal Commission is the world governing office , guarding King Jesus Christ and the Royal Family since the 15th century . Land Executioner's is a traditional office aimed at political & ethical crimes mainly investigation Presidents, Law enforcement , Religious , & Iconic Figures in modern society .

GSA’s African Burial Ground project began in 1991, when, during excavation work for a new federal office building, workers discovered the skeletal remains of the first of more than 400 men, women and children. Further investigation revealed that during the 17th and 18th centuries, free and enslaved Africans were buried in a 6.6 acre burial ground in lower Manhattan outside the boundaries of the settlement of New Amsterdam, which would become New York. Over the decades, the unmarked cemetery was covered over by development and landfill. Managed by GSA, the overall project is a testimonial to a positive and collaborative partnership between many parties, including the Department of the Interior’s National Park Service, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, Howard University, the Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture, and the African American community. Today the site is a National Monument featuring a distinctive memorial that commemorates and communicates the story of the African Burial Ground—the single-most important, historic urban archaeological project undertaken in the United States. The African Burial Ground National Monument, located at the corners of Duane and Elk Streets in lower Manhattan, is operated by the National Park Service. .. FBI dedicates $155M crime lab built for advanced forensics QUANTICO, Va. (AP) — Freed from its cramped space at headquarters, the new FBI crime lab gives the bureau state-of-the-art technology for forensic police work ranging from analyzing fingerprints to the latest DNA matching. The FBI's new forensics and evidence lab facility in Quantico, Va., is twice as big as its old location and has a collection of firearms used for match tests. By Charles Dharapak, AP The FBI opened the doors Thursday to the $155 million compound, seven years in the making. The lab, dedicated Friday, is another step in the bureau's recovery from allegations of shoddy science and poor worker performance, officials say. (Related site: FBI lab home page) For Dwight Adams, the lab's director, the key change is that evidence and forensic work is now completely separate from the regular office, with a 100% clean air supply that cuts down on contamination and elevators to be used only to transfer items being examined. "This building has been specifically designed for laboratory work," Adams told reporters during a tour. "Not only have we brought our world-class scientists here, we have a world-class facility." The building's 650 workers are spread over five floors that cover more than 460,000 square feet, double the lab's size at its old headquarters location in downtown Washington. The lab is located on the campus of the FBI Academy, its main training facility about 35 miles south of the capital. The lab has microscopes for DNA sampling and huge evidence bays where entire tractor-trailers and airplane fuselages can be pored over. There are thousands of samples of car paint for use in identifying vehicles used in crimes and 5,000 firearms on hand for gun match testing. The lab opening comes as the FBI continues to recover from allegations made by a whistleblower in the mid-1990s about poor science, with an estimated 3,000 cases that may have been affected by the problems. One FBI lab technician has resigned for allegedly improperly testing 103 DNA samples, all of which are under bureau review. There are also challenges to the bureau's lead bullet analysis capabilities, which led Adams to request an examination by the National Academy of Sciences. Adams said he is "very confident we have valid procedures" for analyzing bullets. During the tour, Adams also said the lab's quality assurance safeguards are top-notch and that he is stressing to employees that "their integrity, their performance ... is paramount to everything we do." "We're not out to prove a thing," Adams said. "We're out to provide the truth." Perhaps the most important work the lab currently does involves DNA, which has become a critical tool in solving crimes and exonerating the innocent. The FBI lab processes about 1,200 DNA samples each year, with many more handled by 190 state and local labs around the country. The FBI's national DNA database includes 1.4 million profiles of convicted offenders. In 2002, that database provided almost 5,000 matches to samples taken from crime scenes, closing many previously unsolved cases and freeing police to pursue other crimes. The Bush administration is asking Congress for $1 billion over the next five years to boost DNA analysis, with a goal of ending federal and state backlogs that have reached 350,000 samples from crime scenes and victims. For all its high-tech wizardry, the lab also deals with the tried-and-true methods of forensic police work. Workers process nearly 250,000 fingerprints a year, keeps a huge database of vehicle paint and finishes and can do detailed analysis of clothing to detect the unique chemical banks use in money bag dye bombs. The lab's technicians can piece together shredded documents, figure out how someone was attacked through bloodstain patterns and detect minute quantities of illegal drugs. The building itself, begun in 1999, cost $130 million to build, with another $25 million for equipment, furniture and other items. Adams said the project costs were within what Congress budgeted.

"Water For Life" 

A United Nations office to support the 

International Decade for Action “Water 

for Life” 2005-2015 opened in 

Zaragoza, Spain, on 5 October 2007. 

The office will be managed by the 

United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN DESA)    

and will facilitate the coordinated 

implementation of UN-Water’s work on 

water and sanitation, especially in the 

areas of communication and advocacy 

to raise awareness of the challenges 

and opportunities to solve global water 

and sanitation issues.    

The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of the host government, 

including the Minister of Environment of Spain, the President of the State of Aragon 

and the Mayor of Zaragoza. Aslam Chaudhry, representing UN DESA, pointed out 

that the new office represented an important partnership between the United Nations 

and the Kingdom of Spain in advancing the implementation of the global water and 

sanitation agenda. On behalf of UN-Water (an inter-agency mechanism for follow-up 

of the water-related decisions reached at the 2002 World Summit on Sustainable 

Development and the Millennium Development Goals), Stephen Donkor highlighted 

how the new office - together with two UN-Water offices, one in Bonn on capacity 

building and the other one in Perugia on monitoring - will help address the water and 

sanitation challenges faced by the global community.   

The new office will contribute to meeting the "Water for Life" Decade’s goals by 

promoting greater interaction between governments, UN agencies and non-UN 

partners to deliver a coordinated response; mobilizing resources, partners and other 

stakeholders; promoting and encouraging partnerships at all levels; and ensuring 

coherence between the implementation of the water and sanitation agenda and other 

development goals.
