My people hath been lost sheep: their shepherds have caused them to go astray, they have turned them away on the mountains: they have gone from mountain to hill, they have forgotten their restingplace.
Jeremiah 50:6
Prayerfully read Psalm 119 Ask His Spirit for guidance.
At it's end you read:
I have gone astray like a lost sheep; seek thy servant;
for I do not forget thy commandments.
Psalm 119:176
And He IS seeking you . . .
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD . . .
Isaiah 1:18
God is reasonable; not a God of confusion. He wants you to understand His percepts. That is why He has come to help us with the gift of His Spirit to guide you into all truth.
But let him that glorieth glory in this,
that he understandeth and knoweth me,
that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness,
judgment, and righteousness, in the earth:
for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.
Jer 9:24

Jesus my Savior
"IF you keep your feet from breaking the Sabbath and from doing as you please on MY holy day, if you call THE SABBATH a delight and the LORD'S HOLY DAY HONORABLE, and if you honor it by not going your own way and not doing as you please or speaking idle words . . .
then you will find your joy in the LORD, and I will cause you to ride on the heights of the land and to feast on the inheritance of your father Jacob."
The mouth of the LORD has spoken. Isaiah 58:13,14

He is the lamb of God, and Lord of the sabbath day.
He has commanded us:
Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Six days shalt thou labour,
and do all thy work:
But
the day is the
sabbath of the
LORD thy God:
in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant,
nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gates:
For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
Exodus 20:8 - 11 (The 4th commandment)
The Sabbath is a perpetual institution created by God
as a commemoration of His Creative & Redemptive Power.
The Lord's sabbath is observed from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday.
Wherefore I caused them to go forth out of the land of Egypt,
and brought them into the wilderness.
And I gave them my statutes, and shewed them my judgments,
which if a man do, he shall even live in them.
Moreover also I gave them my sabbaths,
to be a sign between me and them,
that they might know that I am the LORD that sanctify them.
Ezekiel 20:10-12
The observance of the true sabbath is an acknowledgement of His Power & Glory, which is the Creator's alone . . . .
The Great Physician
Luke 5:29-32
And Levi made him a great feast in his own house: and there was a great company of publicans and of others that sat down with them.
But their scribes and Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, Why do ye eat and drink with publicans and sinners?
And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.
I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

[1] The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. [2] He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. [3] He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. [4] Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. [5] Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. [6] Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.
Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, 1 Peter 1:18-20
"Be easy on people; you'll find life a lot easier. Give away your life; you'll find life given back, but not merely given back—given back with bonus and blessing. Giving, not getting, is the way. Generosity begets generosity" (Luke 6:38 Message).
God has set up a system to bless you abundantly. He loves you and longs to pour out His favor upon you and increase your resources. In the natural, it's easy to think that the way to increase is to keep what you have, but in God's system, it isn't about what you keep, it's about what you give. We read about the example that God set for us in John 3:16: "For God so loved the world that He gave…" He gave His Son and received many sons and daughters as a result!
When we love others and give out of the overflow of our hearts, God promises that He will repay us; and Luke 6:38 in the Message Bible tells us that He'll repay us with bonus and blessing! You may not think you have that much to give, but ask the Lord to show you how you can be a blessing to the people around you. As you give of yourself, your time and resources, you'll see God giving back to you. You'll see His hand of blessing and provision, and you will live the abundant life He has in store for you!
A Prayer for Today
Father in heaven, thank You for loving me and sending Your Son, Jesus, so that I can be in relationship with You. Help me to love others and find creative ways to be a blessing to the people around me. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
