HiTOPS envisions a world where youth have the resources they need to live healthy, responsible lives.
HiTOPS helps adolescents clarify their values and make responsible decisions regarding their health and actions, and gives parents, teachers and caregivers of adolescents the tools they need to best support and guide the young people they nurture.
There is a health center located in Princeton where males and females (aged 13-26) can come for health exams, reproductive health care, STI testing, smoking cessation and other counseling. Females can come for pregnancy tests, birth control, and emergency contraception.
We also have educational programs at HiTOPS including programs for youth, professionals, and parents. Our peer education programs include the HiTOPS Teen Council and Teen PEP.
HiTOPS also has support groups. "1st & 3rd" is a support group for Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender teens and their allies. "SASS" is a support group for girls who have experienced sexual assault.
