About Hiverland

En verano de 2002 con la grabación de la primera demo del grupo, Hiverland daba a luz a su primer trabajo titulado “Wings in Flames”, un elenco de canciones de temática épica de un Power Metal purista, con breves toques acústicos que los llevó a tocar con grupos del heavy nacional de la talla de Avalanch, Tierra Santa, Azken Garrasia, o Dark Moor.

No fue hasta 6 años después de haber adoptado a nuevos músicos cuando iniciaron la grabación de nuevos temas que supondrían el EP “Need For Survive”, a modo de aperitivo preludiando su primer disco. El EP, mostraba ya una nueva paleta de sonidos que evolucionaban del Power Metal clásico a Heavy Metal con ciertos tintes ochenteros, y se configuraba como la base del futuro disco.

En estos momentos el grupo se encuentra inmerso en la grabación de primer disco auto producido “The Return…” que se esperara durante la primavera del 2009...
