The band has the honor to work with a film director for a short film project with their music and appearance, more details coming up.

About Hard Candy!!!
Hard Candy is formed by 2 main members Yanyan Pang and Renee Ko, these 2 girls started to create their original music since 2002, at the beginning, Erik Piece joined the band as a temp bassist, but then eventually became a part of the band for 2 years, in 2004, he moved on to focus on his own band Innisfallen
In 2004, Alex Hurworth joined the band as a bass player, the band also became more active in the local music scene, played gigs in everywhere in Hong Kong, they also released their debut full length CD "Deborah, Anne and Violet" (Named by the names of their mother) in 2006.
The band played gigs around many major cities in Asia, and also earned reputation in Europe by their Award Winning "11 Happy Tricks" Music Video (Produced by Marco Machesi)
In 2009, Bassist Alex left Hong Kong and as well as the band, then the band recruited 2 new members to keep on the project, and also aim to change the sound into more melodic style, 2 friends Tony and JT took up the bass and guitar, and also in late 2009, Keyboard Player Jodi joined the band and added more new element to the new hard Candy, as to providing completely new sound and carry on to play hard.
Hard Candy is an indie band which they manage the band by themselves, Yanyan Pang(Guitar and Singer) loves writing and experimental art, Apart from Hard Candy, she is also involved in some other bands and concert organization, Renee Ko(Drummer) loves to invent and make products, she is also a hat maker and a musical instrument designer, JT (Guitarist) and Tony (Bassist) are both involved in other music projects and good players for snooker, Jodi (keyboard Player), having a sweet face that you have to get to know her more. Besides music, they also love to develop different projects together such as organizing Gurellas Gig (which mean performing on the street without any notice)... and also love to cooperate with other artists for some creative projects.
