About me: I Started dancing hula at the age of 23 in 1985 with Lahela Ka'aihue and "Lamalani Hula Academy".
After Lahela stopped teaching(had twins Hilo and Holu) I was begged by my friend AJ to take his place in the "Danny Kaleikini Show" at the Kahala Hilton because he had to suddenly move to LA(got a new job). Danced with Danny for a year under the correography of Milton (tuni) I.
In 1989 I was invited to dance for Robert Uluwehionapuakauikawekiuokalani Cazimero (hula brother of Lahela Ka'aihue). One of the best opportunities I've ever had. I have been a member of "Halau Na Kamalei" ever since.
In 2007 I received the title of 'Olapa in an 'Uniki ceremony that took place in August.
