About me:
Hobo Junction was founded in 2004 by Josh Zagoren and Mike Foster as they worked together as waiters at the legendary DICK'S LAST RESORT. Since they were terrible waiters, they begged for tips and began performing shows based on the routines they came up with begging for tips. Those routines were the formation of ROAD TO HOBO JUNCTION, a two-man-one-robot sketch show performed at Chicago's PLAYGROUND THEATRE. They were then invited, rather nicely, to perform HOBO JUNCTION AT THE APOLLO, which was basically the same show... just at the Apollo.
Moving on, they released various internet videos, most of which are on youtube, the rest are just not appropriate. Then they gathered enough money together and released their first full-length piece, an office-puppet-comedy-with-ninjas called THE TEMP. The show toured Chicago, appearing at THE PLAYGROUND, THE CORNSERVATORY and finally THE GORILLA TANGO THEATRE. Mike moved to Texas to fight dinosaurs and Josh remained in Chicago to fight zombies. The robot became president of the company.
Hobo Junction produced its' second full-length piece BAD GUYS IN SUITS at the same theatre in 2006. A show Josh originally produced as a sketch show at 2nd City's DONNY'S SKYBOX THEATRE in 2004, it became a 1930's gangster musical about hitmen having a bad day at work. The show was a GORILLA TANGO success and a Chicago success and awarded them kick-ass street cred and artistic satisfaction. But then eight random people were killed by wolves right outside the theatre. They are still wanted for questioning.
Hobo Junction then found, unearthed and re-hashed BROKE, the lost work of stand-up comedian, Sam Fels. BROKE was released in August to a very drunk audience and there were many deaths. They take no responsibility.
Meanwhile, Erin Jones from Hoof and Mouth Productions remounted BAD GUYS IN SUITS in November of 2007 at the BOHO THEATRE where it was extended through December, leaving them with no choice but to be awesome for one more month. Then Hobo Junction unleashed its biggest and most dangerous production yet: THE REGULARS. It became illegal in several countries, punishable by death. Hobo Junction does not rap. Copyright 2004

Thanks for the salute on my profile. As I’ve never been saluted before, I’m not sure what the proper response is. Would a ‘Chubby’ be inappropriate? If so … too late … Will
