Music saved my life, even on moments it didn't really need saving. I guess I'm just an addict to music because I've got this constant craving, for new beats,lyrics and new perspectives.. What can I say I just really love this rap shit. It got so many vibes, it can relate to any mood; it could be happy, funny, sad, serious, romantic, bullshit, politicall, polite or rude. I'm not trying to be an artist, I'm a fan...just a regular dude. I love it when I have to travel a long distance alone, I press play on my I-pod and put on my headphones. Then I zone out and listen to the words, the flow and the beat. Sometimes it's like the MC is directly talking to me. The events they describe are the ones I can see. All I have to do is close my eyes when I play my cd. There can also be lessons in the lyrics, you know in between the lines, If I listen closely maybe I can turn my rain into sunshine. Music can sooth, harden or just be real. Sometimes a song is so crazy it describes everything you feel. When you're lost you can find direction in the words You'll find salvation in hearing what you've just heard.
What I'm trying to make clear...is that there is music for every moment of the day And that I will always have a ear for what a MC is trying to say.
