COME FOR ONE DAY OR ALL FIVE!!
The program is intensive, and there may be up to 6 hours per day of Hula dance instruction and associated Hawaiian Healing Arts such as chanting, language, mythology and spirituality.
It's a good idea to bring a notebook. Tape recorders and video cameras are encouraged as long as they do not interrupt the class. Loea Hewett suggests that we be like "little children" and allow our minds and bodies to be open to learning through following and repetition.
A sarong with T shirt is fine for dancing if you do not already have a pa'u skirt.
