Alive and well, man not a whole lot down here, ive been trying to land a good job for a bit, other than that same old, I'm saving for pro tools and just looking for some good musicians down here who have the balls to play heavier tunes and not wear girl pants, but thats easier said than done, and also still debating which synthesizer to buy for the electro stuff, I heard fruity loops studio is actually pretty sick now, but I cant look at the program with any seriousness. So, just like old folks, I believe that music should be given respect. We celebrate people who retire with parties, but what do we do for the music that we retire from our Vinyl/CD collections, or top playlists, or whatever your specific preference is?? I decided that I would celebrate tracks that I no longer foresee myself playing at gigs by presenting the “5 ON IT” Mix Series. Each time around, I will select 5 tracks that have put a smile on my face along with many others.
Nothing really.. I got a dog and he weighs more than I do. I'm in the process of looking for a new job.. Kids are really starting to bother me and I do not have to patience to sit there and spend my day playing with "big blocks" and watching baby einstein. Winter is coming and I'm super psyched but at the same time I'm going to be complaining how cold I am. I'm really not looking forward going back to texas for christmas.. my family has turned even more insane than you probably remember.. so i'm trying to figure out what days i want to be there for and when to get the hell out of there. Also you shouldn't talk shit or paddle any black kids in brooklyn when you don't have a tiny white girl to protect you.
This is going to be super fun! A Hollywood Murder Mystery Dance party! Prizes for awesome costumes! Open bar! And the party is even being filmed for a music video!
