Hollow Earth are a live tribute band to the 70s and 80s progressive rock movement based in Norwich, East Anglia, UK. They perform the music of Pink Floyd, Yes, Genesis and more with their own style of musicianship. The band brings to smaller venues the full sound and light spectacular that is usually only seen performed by the original bands in large stadiums.
Added to this the band performs their own compositions that make Hollow Earth so different from most other tribute acts. Their professionalism and dedication is unsurpassed and the performance is stunning to watch even if you think that ’prog’ is not for you.
2008....... Those of you who crave new, quality, original Prog Rock and who appreciated the stadium gigs of the seventies and eighties when stages were enblazened with lights and lasers, when bands had drum kits that suddenly sprouted wings resembling giant insects, huge inflatable pigs were hovering menacingly overhead whilst low flying aircraft crashed into the stage, would without doubt understand and appreciate an evening of ’Hollow Earth’.

As you may or may not be aware SoundARC hold a charity gig every year at Club 85 in Hitchin in aid of the Garden House Hospice in Letchworth, and this year we are going to try something a little different from previous years.
This year we are going to take over the club and host 37 acts in one weekend putting full bands upstairs and acoustic acts downstairs in an event that we are calling ARCfest!
It all starts on Friday 4th December at 7pm and then continues on through Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th from 12pm-11pm
As well as raising money for the Garden House Hospice in Letchworth, ARCfest will showcase all the different genres of bands that we at SoundARC have come across over the last 4 and a half years. Over this weekend a lot of the acts that you will see don’t get a chance to play a great local venue like Club 85, So as well as hearing new music you will see all manors of genres and styles from acoustic - Metal - Indie - Rock - Punk - Electro - Ska - Funk - Hip Hop/Rap - Alternative - Rhythm & Blues - Reggae - Grunge and loads more that I cant remember!
hey! we are trying to change something... our new singer erik can't be a full member of dreamscape because the stess to travel a lot is affecting his health. so we decided to work with more than one singer - honestly we will work with even more than two... hopefully you will like that idea! we like it a lot because we will be very flexible and our sound will become even more complex! kind regards! That's my new CD, "Deacon Blues", the straight ahead organ trio I've been wanting to do for years. It's getting great reviews and lots of radio play - and it's only Jazz; Go figure! The CD features some good friends, including two of my favorite guitarists, Mike DeMicco and the phenomenal Joe Beck. Danny Gottlieb lays down the groove with my brother Tony guesting on bass for a couple of tracks.
