Hologlyphics combines elements of music, holography, video synthesis, visionary film, sculpture and improvisation to create a unique new artform.
The Hologlyphic Funkalizer is a True 3-D analog/digital video synthesizer with spatial sound capability.
These spatial visuals are seen in full 3D without glasses, with full horizontal parallax. Horizontal parallax allows you not only to see the animation in 3D, but to see all views of the animation scene within a 90 degree viewing range. As you walk left to right, the perspective of the image changes as in the real world. Multiple viewers each have their own unique perspective.

Hologlyphic Movies are viewed in True 3D without glasses, these video were filmed with a camera pointing at the 3D images. The videos are only a 2D representation of the image seen by a live audience.

The Hologlyphic Funkalizer projects Holographic Glyphs, Sacred Hyper-dimensional Geometry, Crop Spheres and more. They animate and spatially transform into each other, controlled by unique sound sculptures and a dedicated control panel. Moving holograms and music become one, they are integrated and inter-modulating.
Romborama is the fruit of one day of shooting and two and a half months of scratching, torment, solitude, anxiety and inspiration…. To achieve the right degree of confusion.
I lacerated 15000 frames on a 35mm film.
Then I added letraset, colour and in the end I applied the screentones, used by designers to emphasize the colour contrast.
