    HOLY HOUNDS is an American rock band formed in 2007. Since that time they have had the opportunity to open for Langhorne Slim, Fake Problems, Dawes, Frank Turner, Winston Audio, and more. In June, 2010 the band traveled to Nashville, TN and played alongside the likes of Dan Sartain, and the legendary Dex Romweber Duo (Flat Duo Jets) at the 1st annual Third Man Records Vault Party! The band has been cited as saying that they are "The result of mixing Nirvana, The Beatles, and The White Stripes." In April, 2010, HOLY HOUNDS flew out to Hollywood, CA to record their debut full-length album co-produced by lead singer / guitarist Matt Dilliner and co-produced, engineered by David Dominguez (Weezer, Guns 'N Roses, The Offspring). We will be releasing this album for FREE DOWNLOAD in January!

HOLY HOUNDS are an American rock band formed in 2006. Since that time they have had the opportunity to open for Langhorne Slim, Fake Problems, Dawes, Frank Turner, Winston Audio, and more. In June, 2010 the band traveled to Nashville, TN and played alongside the likes of Dan Sartain, and the legendary Dex Romweber Duo (Flat Duo Jets) at the 1st annual Third Man Records Vault Party!

The band has been described as "the result of mixing The Stooges, Led Zeppelin, The Who, Black Sabbath, Pink Floyd, and The White Stripes." The band is also highly influenced by artists like Bob Dylan, Queen, Tom Waits, The Beach Boys, Dead Kennedys, The Kinks, Neil Young, and especially soul, blues, and Motown.

In April, 2010, HOLY HOUNDS flew out to Hollywood, CA to record their debut full-length album co-produced by lead singer / guitarist Matt Dilliner and co-produced, engineered by David Dominguez (Weezer, Guns 'N Roses, The Offspring).
