Homeboiz a.k.a. “Urban Legends” is a duo composed of two vicious m.c.'s (FK and Ugenius);
famous for their participation in local mixtapes, freestyle battles and the 2004 album with their former(now defunct) group, Tribal Fam.
After a break, in which they reflected on their career as a duo, they didn't hesitate to get back to the studio and bake their sophomore and classic album. This was also due to the pressure from their local and now increasing international fans.
Released early this year, the album is entitled “No Pain, No Gain”, and has the participation of big time producers and artists from all over the world. The album explains itself coz it encompasses today's ups & downs.
The album contains the street anthem,"Pop ya hoodiez(lead single)"Then club bangerz like ,"Magnet feat Giallo“,"Get Crunk”, “Bring it back” and the reggaeton hit “Hey Mami”. Not forgetting the more conscious title track, “No Pain, No Gain” and the eyebrow raising “The problem”; a song that speaks on racial and political tensions in the new millennium. This is definitely a won't-let-go album.
