At the tender age of 17, she moved to New York City, seeking fame, fortune and an Ivy League education. Eve has enjoyed several careers before real estate, including restaurant and catering chef, junior high school math teacher, telephone salesperson of psychic books, fleamarketer, part-time hippy and standardized test-taker (for money). With Home Buying for Hipsters, she has created a real estate revolution, targeting an underserved and forgotten population, real-estate wise. When she is not brainstorming more ways to help the city’s creative class house themselves, she enjoys teaching herself the drums, drawing, jogging and catching up on listening to bands she was supposed to like in high school.
