The Homecoming String Band are all about having a good time. Our mixture of Appalachian and Celtic Roots music has universal appeal and is ideal for bringing people of all ages and tastes together. We can play at any sized event from 10 to 1000 people, especially if it’s close to home in Scotland. We can organize set lists and styles to suit any needs. Suzanne and Joanna, our experienced dance callers, can liven up the occasion by teaching and leading Ceilidh, Barn and Line Dances - brilliant for bringing people together.
At a time when there are so many questions being raised about the future and what it holds for us, it is important that we share time together within our communities to be positive. We feel the music and spirit of the Homecoming String Band is ideal for such occasions.
