About me:
What ho everyone,
Welcome to my light hearted Myspace spot. I am a chap with a passion of the 1930s and 1940s.
Well what this means I like to attend the odd retro events, especially lindyhop swing dances and historical venues. As well as wearing clothes which are a little out of date. Well I was fasionable about 60 years.
Anyway do pop along to our website and see what young Edna and I are up to!

Who I'd like to meet: All you wonderful people, creating a little bit of vintage in cyberspace.
Ello, no i wasn't there, we don't attend that show! Are you going to Severn Valley this weekend or Beltring or Operation Pitchfork at Woolsthorpe by Belvoir? As they are our shows for July and i will be at all 3 events!
Great new profile pic dear fellow. With regards to Edna & Ms Moyet -that's fantastic. No doubt at my party I with afew others will be looking for any gossip!! Yazoo was great -very nostalgic. To hear them live after 26 years when I was just 16, sniff sniff…
Oh, why yes I to would like the know how for your soup.
And is your program viewable on-line. I do not have the chance to view your wonderful program ,I have read so much about on the telly here in the states.
Hello Harry old chap, how did Bletchley go? I would have loved to have been apart of it, in fact I want to get more involved but can't seem to get started. Anyway, here's hoing to hook up with you real soon, maybe at one of the coming events this summer be it Crich or Pickering or one of the others. Greetings and love from me and Sarah xx
Well thank you for asking. I am taking a black and white film photorgaphy class. I refuse to go digital. I am the only film student[photo 3] in my class everyone else is digital. I noticed by what the digital phopographers say about their photo processing it is very easy once you know the computer basics. For film it is very hard you really have to take the time and energy to process film with out the use of a computer. Plus I like the hands on, picking the paper, film, and watching my photos come out of the wash. It is a wonderful process once one knows what to do. ;-] I hope all is well with you.
Nice to hear from you. Mine was a productive weekend. Whether something will come out of it of tangible long-term worth I will know, I imagine, in a week or two
Both myself and The count had a delightful time at The Silouette Burlesque last night. Such tallent...such tastles! You and dear Edna should try and catch a show, for I am sure that you are both citizens of the world and may derive some pleasure from the procedings, do you know of any events on beautiful Buckinghamshire? What a trip that would be!

ps, If you take a sneeky peek at my new photo's you will see the sensual balcony and neighbours garden that I described so romantically that summer afternoon. However I am disapointed that no chav's or bonfires have been caputred (football was on).

What ho, old boy. How's everything on the home front?
As you'll know from mama's information, we were in your part of the country last weekend, and then lapped up the sun in Kent, garden of England.
After returning to industrial living this week, we've decided to watch some Graham Greene penned pictures tonight, and shall be attending a burlesque night of fun and frolics in Burton the day after.
There are a few wrong'uns in the midlands they dont live in Derby though you will find them in a delightful town called Nottingham! Christ I have truely become native, by feeling a growing dislike to our neighbours...but to be fair they do have a rather nice primark lol
See, the Old milk n beans does have a rather mixed bag on offer with regards to leisure persuits! We enjoyed a slightly damp pick-nick here on Saturday, very serene and summery...only slightly compermised by the old man cleaning the pagoda with a pressure washer for 3 hours straight and the romantic couple who decided to come to the park with their very own sleeping bag. I guess in order to hide the other park goers blushes with little effect...you milk n beaners cant be accused of not forward planning! Never again!!!
