There’s a little boy and on his 14th birthday, he gets a horse. Everyone in the village says, ‘how wonderful, the boy got a horse’. The zen master says, ‘we’ll see’ Two years later, the boy falls off the horse, breaks his leg. Everybody in the village says, ‘How terrible’ and the zen master says, ‘We’ll see.’ Then, a war breaks out and all the young men have to go off to fight, except the boy can’t because his leg’s all messed up and everybody in the village says ‘How Wonderful’… …then the zen master says, ‘We’ll see’ ‘So you get it?’ No, no because I’m stupid… Your not stupid, you’re just in Congress EXCERPT from 'CHARLIE WILSON'S WAR' screenplay written by Aaron Sorkin ..

Most local music, 80's music, singer songwriter, some country...
  • Movies

Um, 'Kings of Iron Town' written, produced, directed, and acted in by Ironton, OH native Mickey Fisher
  • Television

I love snappy writing and old shows, so my shows in spite of their cancellations are The West Wing, Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Sports Night (thanks, Aaron Sorkin), Gilmore Girls (that's a lot of dialog to fit into a single show), The Sopranos, Welcome back Kotter, WKRP in Cincinnati, Northern Exposure, and McCloud. We like HGTV type shows like House Hunters, etc... A couple of current shows stand out that we watch pretty regularly: My Name is Earl, House, and GENERAL HOSPITAL. I think the last one is our favorite thing to watch together, so there! LOL

  • Heroes

Sonya's hero is her mother. She's always supported her in every endeavor. Gary's hero is Sonya!!! Brent Cordial, Dusty Hughes, James Fitzgerald, Josh Gilbert, Jimmy Dingess, & DC-5 have been pretty awesome, too.

Okay I just have to let you know it, I am the mother of a baby boy so I am going to let you in on an important piece of information, when you are changing your son's diaper always keep a baby wipe in your hand because if he decides to spring a leak when you are changing him then you have at least tried to prepare yourself from getting the shower, just a little FYI for you because I had to learn the hard way!! no laughing by the way
