Pennsylvania state law states that any person under the age of 18 CAN NOT perform at any venue in the state that serves alcohol. THIS IS LAME! That means that as of now and until the law is changed ALL VENUES that serve alcohol or have alcohol on site even if its not in the same room are not able to have underage rockers perform. The list of venues that fall under this category in our area are Croc Rock, Sterling Hotel, Chameleon Club, The Silo, Trocadero, TLA, and any other venue that has a liquor license on file. BUT HAVE NO FEAR!!!! East Coast Independent has responded with an all new show series THE HOME TOWN SHOW SERIES! This series is dedicated to booking and helping promote and support the younger bands and even the older ones at all ages friendly venues that are here to help develop and promote all types of bands. Don't be confused, if you are under 18 you can still attend a show at any venue regardless of alcohol you just cant perform at one. Ready to rock? We are! We have two lehigh valley and one wilkesbarre/scranton area venues that we are booking for this series. Interested in getting booked in Easton or Wilkes barre Scranton pa?
