Formed in January of 2005, l'Homme Puma is an instrumental trio that can be described
as ambient rock. With a meticulous use of electronics (sampling, speeches...), the Parisian
combo crafts a sound that evolves from post-rock to post-hardcore, krautrock to noise or
even dub. Somewhere around the lines of Portishead, Pelican or Shora, l'Homme Puma
eludes the clichés of the said-styles to impose their identity, their claw!
L'Homme Puma released a first ten tracks EP in June of 2007 on the label Communication Is
Not Words which has been widely reviewed on the web and in the paper press.
In 2008, they recorded their first album in Geneva with Thierry Van Osselt (Shora, Honey for Petzi,
Shovel, Nostromo, Time to Burn). Twelve tracks were written throughout 2007 among whose nine
will figure on the new opus.
"On Remplace Les Yeux Cassés" will be out in February 2009.
After more than 50 concerts throughout Europe (France, Poland, Switzerland...), they
continue to hit the roads of the Old Continent. They have shared the stage with numerous
bands such as Dälek (USA), Kling Klang (UK), Impure Wilhelmina, Equus (Switzerland), Hitch
(Belgium), Dominic (Sweden), La quiete (Italia), Plum (Poland), My Own Private Alaska, Time
to Burn, Aussitot Mort (France)

Quelques news de deja vu: notre album "Roulette Russe" sort (enfin!!) officiellement le 09 novembre prochain (mvs records/anticraft)! Il sera dispo dans tous les bacs hexagonaux, sortie numérique etc...
