I have been a music lover my entire life - understatement. I was into alot of alternative stuff, obscure and alot of punk early on. Played the drums as a child as was absorbed into hip hop when it boomed. Consumed in that for years, I somehoe caught wind of Jungle, Drum&Bass music in the late 90's.
Started going to shows and djing right away, no rewind only fast forward at that point. Dabbled in dnb production, played around Colorado and a few other states for about 10 years. Started a Denver Drum & Bass weekly with partner in crime miss Despise. We ran strong for 4 years, bringing headliners bi weekly mostly. www.recondnb.com That ended after 4 good years, now we run events here and there. BOOOOOOM, caught dubstep in 2005 and did not turn back one bit. Totally has engulfed most of my music listening, playing and enjoyment. I listen to other shit still, but you get me... Started djing dubstep around the state in 2005. People were thrown off for awhile, now they can't get enough. in 2006/2007 founded SUB.MISSION with a few others. We have done shows monthly and celebrated our official 1 year anniversary show recently. We bring the dopest worldwide and stateside talent monthly have had some one offs, as well as a residency at Club Vinyl. Now currently holding residency at Club Beta Wednesday nights. SUB.MISSION has some serious biz dropping this year and next!
