About me:

Well, when I don't write, I like to take photos of things...

Highway One

Who I'd like to meet:

Writers, photographers, musicians, magicians, and old friends.

If you're a troll, skankin' myspace for possible booty, keep on, keepin' on as I'm not interested in using the internet for sexual conquests. That is sooo '90s. :)

I'd really like to meet Rebecca Solnit, but I think she's too cool for MySpace.

the irony of my putting it here is its a rather expansive 3 canvas painting and it will be compressed into almost nothing on your page.... i think it adds to the question of time ... don't you
i hope you are well my friend- very very well! and your daughter i hope she is enjoying life even more than you... they should... the kids... i think,
love,
(48x20)constant tomorrow

hello happy...
i hope!
i glimpsed your livejournal (which i forgot i had an account on) and noticed some small changes in your world which might be difficult to adjust to for some people who are unable or unwilling to carry their future in the present like you seem to

but if it is difficult now you need only consult the Big Blue Flower of a Girl.. she's steered me through many a fall of late

from love and hope for you,

hey hey
no you never led me on about response or anything else - you've been one of my longest and most supportive friends
...besides i know where to find you if i need to contact you,

Tin House...waiting
i hope you find the Applegate Trail literature interesting as it is a big historical link (i think) in the chain of continuing settlement and the preferred route to a few sizeable gold rushes in west and far north.

always always always enjoy seeing you pop up in myspace somewhere, i hope your life is going very very well and you daughter and dog are well fed and happy!

halloo miss wonderful,

i bet the reading you are doing about the settler's trade and immigration routes is fascinating - is the Applegate Trail any part of that network?? just curious.

thank you very very much for the tin house link - i am going to submit a couple free spools.... within the next few days.....i'm going to try to entice whomever is doing their myspace site to my site for a preview just to see if i can't get a little name recognition to go with the submissions.

thank you again very much for keeping me in mind and for sticking with me on the tin house submission

i hope you are enjoying your dog (puppy still?) and your research and your daughter and whatever else you may have time for

thank you see you or talk to you or write you or catch you in orbit on a tiny blue-green planet orbiting around the perfect star somewhere
l.
bye for now

Feb 9 2007 4:21 AM

what's up friend o'mine?
thank you very much for the comments... as it turns out i've read Broughtigan a few times way back in the late seventies and/or early eighties... you are the second of three regular comment gifter's to reference him in relation to my freespooling so i will have to take another look
I am especially happy you are so enthusiastic about the tin man story spool and i will submit it to townhouse(?) as soon as i get a response from the New Yorker... how f'ing arrogant - no simultaneous submissions - where's the free market in that? the democracy? publishers ought to be competing for us writers damnit..........
i'd say more but i just can't take bitching serious anymore
be well as you can and good as you want
