Bio
Formed in 1998 in Chico (California), The Honkabilly's are infused with almost every type of California music. The twangy tones of Bakersfield, the freaky Frisco feel, and lets not forget the coastal cowboy rock that brought young octane and hippie sentiments into the realm of twang, blues, and jazz. We just love to play, like The many of our favorite California bands...we don't like being tied down to one style but WE DO like to bring each song into our little quartets and let it back out in our very distinctive Honkabilly style. We love this music...we hope you do too! -

Check out our new demo "Keep me in love" a lot different than "Workin', Cookin..." but this is a balancing act of bombast and introspect...The weather has really made us mix the early demos super vibey and sad...in a pretty way.
