Not exactly an open mic, this is for true appreciators of music that is maybe a little rough around the edges--think barbed wire, bloody knuckles and whiskey stains."

Honky Tonk Nite was cross-bred in living rooms and barrooms from California to Kentucky to Oregon...and back to California. It's been a place for country music appreciators (listeners and pickers alike) to commiserate over the sad state of corporate Country music today, and pay homage to the greats of yesterday and today. THIS AIN'T NO OPEN MIC AND IT SURE AS HELL AIN'T NO "JAM" (I ain't sure which is worse). Honky Tonk Nite is for ORIGINAL, UNDERGROUND, COUNTRY MUSIC BANDS AND ARTISTS. We don't want cover bands, or hobbyists...as far as we're concerned there just getting in the damn way of people who have something to say with their music and the passion and guts to pursue it (whether they're local or touring folks). Stop by for a holler and a swaller!
HEY!! Songwriters Guild Meeting EVERY Tuesday at 7PM in the PAC 112 (aka Performing Arts Center). Come in and Share your music!! or come to just jam and have a good time
hey sorry if we missed out the other night. I didn't have any clue about it until it was too late because noone told us if we were supposed to for sure play. Next time we will plan something. What is the deal with honky tonk night too, is it a free door and no profit or what?
Howdy Felix! I just wanted to thank you for having me on Sept 14th's Honky Tonk Nite while I was on tour with Hard Money Saints! It was a Monday Night that became one of the hight points of the tour in my eyes & I can't thank you enough!
I had an amazing time playing at Honky Tonk Nite Felix & I know that Hard Money Saints enjoyed it too! Can't wait to do it again Bro! I'm going to be touring in October & November so maybe we can set something up for that time period??? Thanks again to you guys & I hope to see you soon man! James
