Eastern Massachusetts/New England based Boogie and Blues band that has torn up stages from Haverhill to Worcester to Providence, RI..and beyond. We are NOT your typical blues band; our grooves are infectious and like no others you will hear! Hoodoo Revelator has been played on such local radio stations as WBOS, WZLX, WATD, WUMD, WMFO, WCUW, and WHRB...and sometimes you can find us throughout the country on blues shows in Oregon, Missouri, and Michigan. So if you like us please request us on your local radio station....... and if you have a radio show and would like to play us we are always open for getting you material to play...just ask us!! Boston Casting is seeking musicians & bands to appear as extras in the Sandra Bullock movie, The Proposal. We are putting together a 5 person wedding band to appear in the wedding scene. You must be able to work ALL of the following days: 5/1, 5/2, 5/6 & 5/7
Shooting days run about 12 hours and start early in the morning. The shoot is on the North Shore of Massachusetts so you must be able to provide your own transportation. If you are not a SAG or AFTRA member the pay is hourly, but averages $112 for a 12 hour day.
We are looking for all types of musicians & bands: cellists, drummers, guitarists, keyboardists, saxophone players etc...
