Hoodoo Voodoo is an old fashioned shoot 'em up action movie by four ambitious Southern Alberta filmmakers. To be filmed on location in Alberta's badlands, the film showcases intense story and action in one of the most unique environments in North America.
The story itself transcends the constraints of a single feature film as the filmmakers have set out to create an entire universe. Short films and comics based on the origins of many of the characters in Hoodoo Voodoo are being released prior to completion of the feature length film to give fans more insight into the world that is Hoodoo Voodoo.
Shot with a budget of $25,000 Hoodoo Voodoo will be released in time to hit the festival circuit in 2010, with a promise to deliver some of the most unique and original action seen on the silver screen in the past twenty years.
"I love this movie. During the second half of it I could not stop crying. My dad was sitting to me and I couldn't stop bawling and he looked at me like I am crazy. Well I am but that has nothing to do with why I'm was crying dad. It was pretty obvious what was going to happen but the tears kept coming anyway. "
It's tomorrow. I voted already though in the early elections. I'm one of those "omigosh, the young people! they're so excited! they're gonna come out, and vote democrat, because they think the dems know and understand them!" Only, those young people never show up. I'm one of the few that did.
Then I rubbed it in their faces and voted republican.
I call it...poetic irony. ^.^
And no worries bro, I'm used to it. I'm a 21 year old white male going to college in america. I'm a complete outcast! lol
Hey! Thank you kindly. Yes, we will be back to Lethbridge. "When" is yet to be determined. We're currently writing a new album, and have been for a long time. When it's done, we'll be playing like crazy!
Yeah, the rumors are true. It may have to wait until next summer when I get my vacation time again and save up some money though. Nevertheless, I'll be up there sooner or later haha. And when I do.
