We provide a chatroom and request line for you, the listener
to come and hang out with other listeners and a handfull of dj's.
and also get in all the request you want! no matter what the genre.
Here at Hookah Radio we understand that "local radio stations" are no long local. Just about every FM station is owned by a larger company that has no local roots anymore. The result of this is that your local bands no longer have that "local FM station" to help them get there music out there like they used to. We find this to be outrageous that the people who own the air waves cant get there music up on the airwaves cause they don't have the money or know the right people. Big conglomerate radio companies have forgotten the fact that the air waves belong to the American people and we just let them lease it, and apparently the government is more then ok with it cause they no longer defend the American person but rather the American company.
Due to this we feel its our duty to help the bands that put the work in to producing quality music and give them a place to let others hear there work.
Please submit all the information that you can about your band or a band that you know to rain@hookahradio.com and we will go threw all the info and if we find the music suitable we will play the music and list the information for the band in the local band area located on the site.
