just gota say how much i love hooping. I introduced it to my boyfriend when he came back to the states this year and now we practically fight over who gets open floor time in our living room! Just made my first hoop and am looking foward to increasin my hooping skills and introducing more folks to the fun.
I have never done with christmas lights, simply wiring several LED lights in a rail circuit would actually be much easier than trying to figure out how to achieve AC/DC power conversion, with something like that you would almost need a car battery or something in order to power it. Making an LED hoop is easy, and you can order a kit online with all the parts for about 50 dollars, or you can go on USplastics and ebay and pick up enough material to make ten of them for about 100 bucks. I wish I had a better answer for you than that, but honestly, I think you can do it!
Has anyone made a led hoop with christmas tree lights? I'm sure this would work if the battery pack was small enough to fit inside. Has anyone done this? Please comment on my page. Thanks!!!!!
ok i just wanna add to my previouse statement... i love this page... all hoopers... thats amazing.. im gald we can all get together... im hoping to hoop better and be able to do them amazing tricks... all i can do is hoop around my waist for a LONG time... lol i won a hooping contest in high school... lol well i hope to become hoop friends with a lot of you and im glad to be apart of this amazing way of life i guess u could say! lol keep on hoopin...
