We thank everyone who came out to TentStation despite the stormy weather. It was well worth it to hear the incredible DJ talent and to hoop-it-up in the pool every time the sun broke through the clouds. The media has taken notice too boldly tagging Hula Hoop Fitness as the new yoga...we've been interviewed six times in the past year for TV, radio and newsprint. Actually, we think it's simply uncomplicated, easy to learn fun, that's good for your body and mind! THE INSTRUCTORS
HOOPCATT aka Rachel Was born and raised in Liverpool UK, has lived in France and now calls Berlin home.
Rachel has been a professional HoopDance performer and instructor since 2005. She holds a master's degree in fine art. She has studied and performed Flamenco, Salsa, Egyptian belly-dance, African dance, Samba and Latin dances. She infuses her hoopdance with an impressive blend of all these styles. Hoopcatt's performance represents: creativity, sensuality, grace, beauty and light.

TWIST*R/MISTA TWISTA aka Balazs Was born and raised in Budapest HU, lived in Canada and now resides in Berlin.
Balazs is a professional HoopDance performer and instructor since 2005. He was introduced to hooping originally as a means of keeping fit but his interest in tricks and performing quickly took over. He uses his agility gained through years of competitive cycling to make his hoop dance.
Twist*r's performance represents: strength, agility, freedom, energy and power.
